"All the Hues
That Fit, We Tint"

Siberia, USA: Today, global warming. Tonight, dark, unless you count the stars. Tomorrow can be reached via time machine. Yesterday, who can remember that far back?

The Mirror: I will accept violets

Websafe: Hello?
The Mirror: I often am that.
W: A hello-saying machine?
M: Why do I have the feeling I don't want to speak?
W: Perhaps you are tired of making small talk.
M: Nothing is more unbearable than the mechanics of thinking.
W: Try getting into your right brain.
M: I don't particularly.
W: Then that's why you're so tired.
M: That's certainly having something to say, if you have a preference.
W: I like to lay it on the line.
M: What are you demonstrating?
W: Bluntness, straightforwardness.
M: It's interesting.
W: I guess you are being polite.
M: Planet Dearth.
W: I think something is oppressing you, could it be the weather?
M: I didn't exactly promise you lilacs.
W: I will accept violets.
M: There is no escaping the natural laws.
W: All right, all right, they're out of season.
M: Consciousness is a way of lying about the world.
W: So tell me, what is the real world?
M: Am I in Paradise?
W: It doesn't sound like my idea of Paradise.
M: She said she was going in circles.
W: Did she say she was on a merry-go-round or a mood-swinger?
M: I'm just going to let the whole thing slip by, as if it never happened.
W: That's called denial, you know.
M: Try getting into your right brain.
W: I can make a slipshod effort.
M: Out.
W: Goodbye!
M: Closing in 5 seconds ... Goodbye!
