Rich earth tones and thoughts of the veldt are pleasant on a cold winter's day. A pleasure to modify files in MS Paint, recombining motifs and elements to see what happens ... In antique Persian rugs, there is something called abrash, resulting from natural variations in the wool and color shadings from the dye bath.
