A bit of Groupboard silliness ... The green dog reminds me of Huckleberry Hound, an old TV cartoon. Quick Draw McGraw was another character ... Those old Hanna-Barbera cartoons formed a counterpoint to my youth ... Have a vague memory of the beginning of computer-configurable animation, like an early Flash program, demonstrated on TV, maybe the Dick Cavett Show? Anyway, the lines of the character's face were like pieces of electronic string, movable with dials or toggle-type controls. But this well preceded the mass introduction of desktop computers.
