Wednesday, December 14, 2005The YamminatorThe Yamminator is the small bright-red face at the far right of the second image, so-called because he yammers on and on. He's attached to the car-body of a very large fellow whose profile's partially obscured. I scanned these portions of the painting by holding it in place over a 9" X 12" scanner, trying not to move the painting as the narrow band of light moved slowly along. A cumbersome task.
