Worked on The Mirror. I see immediately that it could generate an overwhelming amount of material, i.e. Guest Quotes, which means several structural issues:
* The category labeled Guest Quotes becomes unwieldy (this has already happened with about 300 random lines). * Stripping the transcripts becomes an unwieldy task also. There must be a way to automate this. (MS Word does have some sort of advanced Replace, where one can put wildcards between start and end points.) The Mirror is based, in part, on a reverse-engineer of Jabberwacky (now quite complex) and Woomerang (undeveloped and quite simple). (Note: Neither of these bots ever gives a blank answer, but currently, The Mirror gives a blank answer pretty often, and I don't know why.) Labels: chat robot |
