Nash and Stein: an ETAONIRSH Lipogram

ETAONIRSH as roygbiv bl w

A lipogram is a piece of writing omitting one or more letters. The 9 most commonly used letters in the English language are, in order of frequency:
E T A O N I R S H
The following is a lipogram using only those 9, omitting the other 17. It was written in 1996.

Aaron Stein sees Ian Nash
Stir the onions in the hash.
Aaron stares at Ian, hisses,
"Ian, I hate onions!" This is
Tense. This raises Ian's ire.
He rants, "That tears it! I retire!"
Then rash Nash roars into the street.
So Stein has raisin toast to eat.
